Revenue Forecast Updated

Nebraska’s tax revenue forecasts continued their positive trend when the Nebraska Economic Forecasting Advisory Board (NEFAB) met last week.  For the current fiscal year (FY21-22), tax receipts were forecast to increase $475 Million over the last estimate.  The forecast for FY22-23 included an increase of $427 Million.  NEFAB’s forecasts are a key component of legislative budgeting decisions.
